MUSIC/ABOUT
Music has been the dominant and driving force of my creative life. From playing flute at age 9, to my first live gig as a teenager, the spirit of sound took hold early on.
I started in earnest at age 16 on electric bass guitar. Over the years my list of instruments has grown to include lap steel guitar, piano, synthesizers, vocalizations/singing, acoustic and electric drums, as well as self–recording, engineering, and producing.
I have a special interest in music that defies genres and embraces experimentation and exploration, both sonically and compositionally.
